The 7th plays entirely along the ocean and the cliffs. The first picture shows the back tee box, playing back toward the camera. The 7th is the first time during the round that you are standing directly next to the ocean.

Facing forward, the tee shot is daunting. The beach and ocean to the right are very much in play. Large dunes eat into the left side of the hole. With high winds a ball landing anywhere in the fairway is a good golf shot.

The fairway rolls and has great movement throughout. The green is elevated, pinched between the cliffs on the right and the dunes on the left. GPW had the pleasure of playing this golf hole in a driving rain and directly into a 3 club wind. Total carnage ensued.
