Fine Form Friday

Welcome to this season's first installment of Fine Form Friday. FFF is all about high quality golf photos of actual GPW subscribers and semi-intelligent/snappy commentary. Today we've got three pictures of both Jimmy "Utter Butter" Colton and the man they call Jefe.

Our first picture perfectly captures the essence of JC and his love of Ballyneal. With storm clouds brewing on the horizon and long shadows encroaching as the sun sets, a solitary JC walks the expansive first fairway of Ballyneal.

At this point, lesser men (GPW) would seriously contemplate the intelligence of an 18 hole journey into the darkening sky. Is that what JC is doing here in the second picture? Is he considering turning back for the safety and sanctuary of the lodge? Is this, perhaps, the only photographic evidence of clear and sane thinking on JC's part in relation to golf? No. JC actually is calculating (using color coded bar graphs and pie charts) the odds of squeezing in 27.

In our third picture we have the man known as Jefe, soldiering on down the 17th fairway of Ballyneal. He is, apparently, oblivious that the end of the world in occurring on the other side of the dune ridge.
